What does the role entail?
“Hi, my name’s Adam Hughes and I’m the managing director of Spartan Forklift Trucks. Here at Spartan I oversee everything from the service department through to the hire department, and I’m heavily involved in sales with our sales team”.
What is the most rewarding part of the job?
“The most rewarding part is customer feedback we receive on a weekly basis, and for me that’s what we do really well – help customers”.
Any final comments?
“I’m ever so proud of what we’ve achieved at Spartan and what we strive for. I was looking at the records the other day and the first five trucks we sold way back in 2009, we still look after those customers today, which for me says everything about Spartan”.
